DOSEMEALTI
Carpet weaving villages of the Dosemealti are located 20km in
the north of Antalya. During the centuries, this region produce the
beautiful village and tribal rugs. The Yoruks, who are semi nomadic
tribes, live during the winter on the warm plains and move to
mountains in the summer time. These semi nomadic tribes manufacture
attractive carpets. Dosemealti villages reflects the nomadic taste,
which is expressed in geometric pattern, and color harmony of strong
blues, dark greens, and reds.
